About these terms
These terms apply when you book a reading, buy a gift certificate, or use this website. By booking or buying, you agree to them. Please read them, and if anything is unclear, just ask

Our services
Express Reading, $150 Personal and Compatibility, $300 VIP Signature Experience, $660, by enquiry
All prices are in Australian dollars.
All of Anna’s services are arranged by enquiry. You send us an enquiry through the website, and once we confirm that we can go ahead, we send you a secure link to pay. Your session is booked once payment is received. For the VIP Signature Experience, we agree the date and the format with you beforehand, either in person in Melbourne, which includes lunch and coffee at a specially selected location, or online by video for the same length of time.

What numerology is, and what it is not
Numerology is a tool for insight, self reflection and personal guidance. Anna reads the code in your date of birth and helps you understand yourself, your patterns, your strengths and the choices in front of you.
It is important to be clear:
- Our readings are offered as guidance and insight. We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome.
- Our readings are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
- You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.
- If you are dealing with a health, legal, financial or mental health matter, please speak with an appropriately qualified professional.
Our services are for people aged 18 or over.
Booking and payment
All of our services are arranged by enquiry. When you enquire, we confirm that we can go ahead, and then we send you a secure link to pay. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. For the VIP Signature Experience, we agree the date and the format with you before we send the payment link.
All payments are taken in Australian dollars. If you are outside Australia, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion or overseas transaction fee. That fee is outside our control.
The information you give us
Your reading is prepared from the information you provide, most importantly your date of birth. Please check it carefully, because an incorrect date of birth will produce an incorrect reading. Where a reading has been prepared from information that turned out to be wrong, we are not responsible for the result, though we will always do what we reasonably can to help.
Sessions in Melbourne and online
In person sessions take place in Melbourne, at a location we confirm with you beforehand, and the VIP Signature Experience includes lunch and coffee.
Online sessions take place by video, and run for the same length of time as an in person session. Lunch naturally applies only to sessions held in Melbourne.
Rescheduling and cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice and we will happily move your session to another time.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or you do not attend, we may not be able to offer a refund or a reschedule, because the time has been reserved for you.
If Anna ever needs to reschedule your session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds and your rights
Because each reading is prepared personally for you, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. We must provide them with due care and skill, they must be reasonably fit for the purpose we have agreed, and they must be delivered within a reasonable time. If we fail to meet one of these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy.
If something has gone wrong, please tell us at numerology@annatimershina.com and we will do our best to put it right.
Gift certificates
- Gift certificates are available for the VIP Signature Experience.
- To buy a gift certificate, send us an enquiry and we will send you a secure link to pay.
- Your certificate is valid for three years from the date it is issued, and the expiry is shown on the certificate.
- No fees of any kind are charged on a certificate after it is bought, and its value is never reduced.
- Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
- As soon as your payment is received, your certificate is issued to you so you can give it straight away.
- If you would like the printed certificate as well, just ask and we will post it to you at no extra charge.
- TA certificate can be redeemed once, for the VIP Signature Experience.
- The date, the format and the location are arranged with us in the same way as any VIP booking.
- To redeem, the recipient contacts us and tells us who bought the gift.
- We confirm the purchase against our records before the session is booked, and we note the certificate as used.
- The recipient provides their own date of birth and questions.
- The recipient may have their session in Melbourne in person, or online by video, wherever they live.
- Everything included in the VIP Signature Experience applies to the gift, including compatibility with up to two important people, and answers to the recipient’s personal questions.
- Please keep your certificate safe. A certificate can only be redeemed once, and we cannot honour a certificate that has already been used.
- Confidentiality applies to the recipient exactly as it applies to any client.
What the recipient shares in their reading stays between them and Anna, and is never shared with the person who bought the gift.
Your report
Where a written report is part of your service, we prepare it after your session and agree a timeframe with you at the time. Because each report is prepared personally, we do not commit to a fixed turnaround.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with Anna is confidential. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail.
Testimonials
We only publish a client’s words with their permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Beyond those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions you make following a reading. Our readings are offered as guidance, and how you act on that guidance is your choice.
Intellectual property
Your report is prepared for your personal use. Please do not reproduce it, sell it or publish it.
Everything on this website, including the words, images, branding and the Anna Timershina Signature Method, belongs to Anna Timershina Numerology and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information, and forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book or buy is the one that applies to you.
