About this policy
This policy explains what personal information Anna Timershina Numerology collects, why we collect it, how we look after it, and what choices you have.
We take your privacy seriously, and we understand that numerology involves sharing personal things about yourself.
We are a small business, and the Privacy Act 1988 does not currently require us to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. We have chosen to follow them anyway, because it is the right way to treat your information.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Anna Timershina Numerology. “You” means anyone who uses this website or our services.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, your date of birth if you choose to provide it, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
When we arrange your session, we collect the date and time of your session, and your time zone if it is held online.
When you pay, your payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with your name and email address. We never see or store your full card details.
When you have a reading, we collect your date of birth, and any personal questions or circumstances you choose to share with Anna.
When you buy a gift certificate, we collect your name and contact details, and the recipient’s name. If you ask us to post a printed certificate, we then collect a postal address from you.
When you contact us on social media, we receive whatever you choose to send us.
When you visit the website, we collect basic, anonymous information about how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, so we can improve it.
Why we collect it
Your date of birth is the foundation of numerology. Without it, a reading cannot be prepared. Everything else we collect is used to contact you, arrange your session, take payment, prepare your reading and report, and answer your questions.
We do not collect anything we do not need.
Your reading is confidential
What you share with Anna in a reading, and the report prepared for you, stay between you and Anna. We do not discuss your reading with anyone else, and we do not share the contents of your report.
If we would ever like to use something you have said as a testimonial, we ask your permission first, every time, and you are free to say no.
Who we share information with
We never sell your information, and we never pass it to marketers.
We do use trusted services to run the business, and they handle some of your information on our behalf:
- our payment provider, to process your payment securely our website host and our email provider
Some of these providers store information overseas, including in the United States. We only share what is needed to take your payment and manage your booking.
We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.
Looking after your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Access to your details and your reports is limited to Anna and anyone directly helping to deliver your service.
No method of storing or sending information is completely secure. While we do our best to protect it, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep financial and transaction records for at least five years, because Australian tax law requires it. We keep other personal information only for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal obligations, and then we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it.
Marketing
We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us at any time to:
see what personal information we hold about you correct anything that is wrong delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it

If you are outside Australia
We welcome clients from anywhere in the world. Wherever you live, we collect only what we need, we handle it carefully, and you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing numerology@annatimershina.com.

If you have any concern about how your information has been handled, please contact us first at numerology@annatimershina.com. We will take it seriously and respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
